Doris FrostWhat a pleasure working with Kelvin and his team on our kitchen remodeling! They were very accommodating when we discovered we had dry rot through most of the flooring and some structural on the house which stopped the smooth timeline we had set for ourselves. Kelvin worked with us on our time frame. Once his team arrived and installed the cabinets and the countertops, they were very meticulous and professional. Jason ChenI recently had my kitchen and bathroom remodeled with A1 Cabinet. Like any renovation, there were a few bumps along the way. Some initial measurement inaccuracies that needed later adjustments, and the cabinet bumpers didn’t stick as well as expected. That said, Kelvin has been extremely responsive and genuinely committed to making things right. He’s gone out of his way to help fix issues and ensure I’m happy with the final result. Even though there were some mistakes, I’m giving A1 Cabinet five stars because what truly matters to me is their attitude and follow-through. They stand behind their work and care about customer satisfaction, and that’s worth a lot.Posted on Google
Jon ClarkGreat experience with Kelvin, David and rest of team down at A1. I walked in with a crude sketch of my kitchens with some measurements I took. They quickly turned that into a true diagram and 2D render of what my kitchen would look like. As newer solo contractor I took a job to remodel 8 apartment unit kitchens. Every step of the way Kelvin and the team there were available for questions, scheduling changes and even a bit of advice and wisdom for me as the contractor. Learned a great deal from this process. Although I was most interested in pricing for my project, I was very pleased with the quality of the cabinets. Actual wood, and screws. Not glue and particle board. With the many “other” cabinet shops and quartz shops around such a close area, I am happy that A1 was able to instantly grab my business from the first time even walking in the door for quotes.Posted on Google
